About the Gateway Title
Gateway Title was founded in
1988 by Daniel G. Aiken, Esq. in Lincoln,
Maine. Dan remains as owner and President today.
The Company now has offices located in Lincoln, Bangor, Belfast,
Waterville and South Portland, Maine. Gateway Title opened its
newest location in Portsmouth, New Hampshire in September of 2007.
The Company has grown by providing rapid and comprehensive
Commercial and Residential Title Services throughout Maine and New
Hampshire. Gateway Title is an Agent for Chicago Title
Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company,
LandAmerica/Lawyers Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National
Title Insurance Company.
